1. The Center is periodically evaluated and certified by the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education every 5 years, according to specially formulated criteria and indicators to ensure the quality of the programs it organizes and offers.
2. The Center implements the University’s Quality Policy, in accordance with the operation and responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Unit (MODIP) of AUTH and the structure of the Internal Quality Assurance System [Official Government Gazette B΄/5176/2021]. The Council of the center cooperates with the MODIP of AUTH, monitors the results of the evaluation and complies with the relevant instructions of the competent bodies.
3. The Center maintains a complaints and objections management mechanism, which is published on its website and in the Study Guide of each program.
